I found another fix for mod organizer dont load mods.Update your game with skyrim 1.9 patch and reinstall skse. Also run as admin in compability mode win 7 or what version is your windows.Dont touch crack exe after update or replace and go to your inis file Documents My GamesSkyrim if you dont Use Mod Organizer. If you Use MO go to mod organizerprofilesDefault and change in SkyrimPrefs.ini on this line Launcher bEnableFileSelection = 1.Go to MO and add DATA from your Skyrim game to MO and enable all visible mods+enable plugins.Add Skse loader to MO and run from mod organizer. The only downside is that Mod Organizer prompts you if you want to open it every time.Edited by Vaaskar, 17 February 2014 - 01:28 AM. After I re-installed Skyrim, I also had to re-install SKSE, and then when I tried to use NMM again(after re-installing it), I was getting an error in-game telling me that SKSE wasn't found, so I ended up having to run skseloader.exe as administrator to get it to work(then I set it to always run as admin in properties), so then I tried to use Mod Organizer again after fixing it, and now it works. Enjoy.Edited by Arlith83, 12 February 2014 - 04:47 PM. That is the way to run skyrim with MO.If SKSE isn't on the drop-down list: hit drop down list, select 'edit', type SKSE in the title, in the binary copy paste the filename path for skseloader.exeMake sure you click on the 'add' button or it won't save. Additionally the files in Overwrite disappear! However my original FSUltimateAssortment.esp in the mod directory MO uses when loading its VFS does not appear to be modified because windows shows it last edited sometime in 2013.So my question is - wtf is TES5Edit (or MO) doing that allows Mod Organizer (and the game) to load my edits after I close TES5Edit apparently without modifying the original.esp file I told it to load?Where is TES5Edit saving the 'new' version of.esp files to be loaded? Because according to the Windows file system, it is not overwriting the originals directly. The edits will NOT be in the game at all and I'll have to manually replace the original FSUA.esp with my from my Overwrite directory to take effect. But if I allow TES5Edit to close properly, then I see the changes in game. The other is a .(timestamp) in the MO/mods/FavoredSoulUA/TES5Edit Backups/ directory. Now at this point if I forcequit TES5Edit or accidentally launch the game. One is a .(timestamp) in the MO Overwrite directory.
